Hello everyone, On Jan 28 of this year my 16yr old Shihtzu "Mitzi Sue" Lost her battle to a Cancerous Tumor. I held her little paw while my vet put her to sleep. She went instantly and was finally in a peaceful place. I miss her and I cry very often and I know with time all my pain will get better. She was a wonderful and very devoted member of our family and she is and always will be greatly missed.
I found myself longing for another Shihtzu so I put a deposit down on a black and white female Imperial Shihtzu and I drive to meet the breeder next week to pickup our new baby that we named "Lola" We are excited and ofcourse she will be spolied rotten and we plan to keep her in full coat. Pictures coming soon. I look forward to meeting some Shihtzu owners and their babies.

I am very sorry for you loss Jennifer. I had to do the same w/ my 1st cat. She was a daddy's girl and I stayed the whole time that they put her to sleep. She had cancer of the intestines. The house was not the same for a long time w/o her. I love the play on words w/ her name. That was too cool.
