    Lost Kitten

Post by Steffy19 on Thu Jun 03, 2010 8:08 pm

I was at work today and one of the contracters found a kitten. Some guy was chasing it with a car. I dont see why would u chase a lil kitten with a car. guy at work drove in front of it and grabbed the kitten. I took it home and planning on giving it to my grandmas. She seems to love cats. But its far too young to give it to her now. Poor things eyes barly open. Its very starved and was covered with fleas. cleaned and killed the fleas. Not sure if i got them all. She wakes me up every hour just for milk. Starting to feel how doggy mothers feel. We named her vanilla. I just think its horrible how some one could go so far out of there way to try to kill and drive over a lil kitten. It may be wild but it has feelings too!!

Well done Steph on taking this little kitty in!

Some people are just so cruel. Makes my blood boil!

Just keep up with flea treatments and you'll zap em.

Wish i could do the same. She so little. Why would someone wanna hurt something like this? No telling what happend to its mother. Hope he didnt do anything to the other kittens if there was anymore. she eats a lot for a kitten her size. 10 bottles of milk a day so far. Vet says to keep giving it to her. But omg 10 bottles of milk. Lil kitty!! you eat alots!!

Damn. That's the kind of mess that irks me to no end. The guy was purposely trying to run the thing over..
Good job on rescuing it. It definitely sounds like it's a bit scared but at least you're trying to help mend him. I've rescued a few myself. Trust me, they drink a good bit of milk, even as kittens.

    G/L w/ her. She's beautiful BTW.
