Well, to be truthful, I can't get anything done. I can't even get a picture uploaded of me so people know who they are talking with. I lost my little shih tzu July 6th of this year. I am wanting to get another little girl, but I have a Chinese Crested and a hound mix at the moment, and I am just not ready right this second for a new puppy. But I am always looking at them, lol. I just have to find the right one. I love all my dogs, but my Roxie (Shih Tzu), and my Tyler (German Shepherd who was my childhood dog, lost her a year ago Sept 15) were truly dogs I had such strong bonds with. They were my little girls. Tyler was 15 almost 16, and Roxie had just turned 15. So for the moment, I am just enjoying my gang, along with my husband and a stray kitten that we will probably end up keeping. But, I have been looking for another little shih. I will know her when I see her.

Okay. I at least have a picture of me up now. My name is Stephanie LaFever. I am a Christian. I live in Tennessee with my wonderful husband and our dogs. I work as a pet stylist in a local salon in my home-town. I love all dogs, but Shih Tzu's are my most favorite. I also love Pitbull Terriers, Poodles, and Chinese Crested dogs. I am just now figuring out this forum thing, so please be patient with me. My husband Jeff and I were married in Sept of 2008. We have a Chinese Crested named Jade, and a hound dog mix named Buddy. We recently took in a Christmas stray in Nov. Her name is Sam...but she is a cat, not a dog. I love knowledge and I attend a lot of grooming shows and seminars to keep up with what is the latest and greatest for not only my dogs, but I am happy to share my knowledge with anyone who has a question. I look forward to making new friends and talking about Shih's and all kinds of other wonderful breeds. Please, have a great new year and JESUS BE WITH YOU!
